COBRAcare+ is a full administration layer around the COBRA workflow: required notices, event tracking, audit documentation, premium-payment handling, and participant support. It also includes the COBRAcare+ advisory line, where a licensed agent can compare COBRA against alternative individual-market coverage options, including available subsidies.

If the individual elects alternative coverage instead of COBRA, NueSynergy helps them get that coverage set up. If they elect COBRA through the group plan, NueSynergy administers the continuation process as normal.
